Varsity Head Coach - Paul Joyce
Coach Joyce is a Wilmington, Delaware native and the oldest son of Francis and Patricia Joyce. Today he is married to Leyla Phillip, formerly of Crofton, MD and the proud father of his five year old son Cullen. Joyce is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he wrestled for coach Paul Billy. He is also a graduate of the Salesianum School, class of 1981, where he wrestled varsity for Coach John Rusnak.
Coach Joyce certified as a Physical Education and Health teacher in 1986. He began his teaching career in his home town at John Dickinson High School where he became the head wrestling coach from 1986-1995. During his coaching career he amassed an overall record of 90 - 33. The JDHS Rams were also 4 time Flight B champs and Joyce was the freshman football coach.
Joyce has since taught at Southern Middle School (1995 - 96) and Arundel Middle School (1996 - 99). Since 1999 Joyce has been a Physical Education and Health Teacher for Severna Park High School. At SPHS, Joyce has not only been a wrestling coach but also a Head JV Football Coach from 2000 - 2002 and the Assistant Coach in 1999.
Today as a Millersville resident he is an Eagles Football fanatic and a Green Hornet clinic soccer director.

JV Head Coach - Dave Rupert
Coach Rupert is in his 4th year as Head Coach of the JV Wrestling team. He is a Severna Park High School graduate and now teaches in the Baltimore County School system. He wrestled at Bloomsburg University and was a former coach at both St. Mary's and Archbishop Spalding. Coach Rupert currently resides in Kent Island.
